Gas token quotes are derived from NuaSwap liquidity pools. Swap Engine executes PRC20 → PANTA conversion based on pool state; settlement unit is PANTA Miner Fee.

At execution, the protocol reads NuaSwap pool quote for the selected PRC20, swaps to PANTA via Swap Engine, deducts Miner Fee, and updates state.
