  5. AI services are priced and settled in any on-chain PRC20 token.
  6. Payment and critical state on-chain; inference executed by global AI nodes.
  7. Continuous AI consumption uses Payment Channel mechanism.
  8. Nodes bear misbehavior cost via Stake, Reputation, and Proof.
  9. Graded privacy from Standard through Advanced.
  10. AI may propose model upgrades; requires independent verification and protocol governance approval.
